How to Integrate Aderant Expert with Realaml & Run KYC/CDD Verifications

This guide outlines the information required from Aderant and the steps to enable the integration between Aderant Expert and Realaml.

1. Information Required from Aderant

To set up the integration, please request the following details directly from Aderant and share them with our team:

1. OAuth URL (for authentication)

2. Client ID

3. Client Secret

4. API URL for the QueryService

5. Swagger API Documentation

2. Authentication via Okta

Aderant Expert’s APIs require authentication through Okta.

• Aderant will create a Client ID and Client Secret in Okta.

• They will also set up an employee record in Expert with API access.

• You will need to provide us with:

  • The OAuth URL

  • The Client ID and Client Secret

  • The Okta Org URL and Tenant ID (both provided by Aderant)

• Aderant’s QueryService API provides access to client and matter data.
